The End

This has been a very exciting ending, personally I enjoyed it. I do believe that Jim did take on a "Tom" stereotype, for he was always doing whatever Tom told him to do. Also Huck did seem to be reverting back to his old self. Personal I think that is the way it should be; his friendship with Tom is strong and they are acting as they should for their age. As Uncle Silas said, "[B]oys will be boys" (250).

  1. I agree with David to some extent, but I also think it's funny how this whole time we've been talking about Jim growing as a character morally, and he just leaves at the end. It not like he is going back to how he was, but it still shows that he likes to just run away from things and he is always looking for something new.
